Terms & Conditions

We accept most major credit & debit cards. Bookings made online can be paid for by card (via PayPal) or with a PayPal account. Bookings made by phone can only be paid for by card. Bookings made in person at our box offices can be paid for by card, cash or cheque. Cheques must be made payable to “Evesham Arts Association”.

Bookings made by phone or online are subject to a small charge. A further small charge is made if tickets are to be posted. Both charges are per-transaction, not per-ticket. There is no charge for bookings made in person.

All bookings must be paid for at the time that they are made: we do not hold tickets without payment. Incomplete online bookings are held for 1-4 hours and then automatically cancelled if still unpaid.

Tickets can be booked online up to 2 hours before the performance for collection at the door. Tickets booked online more than 10 days in advance can be delivered post for a small fee. Please do not request postal delivery of tickets less than 10 days in advance: at our discretion we will hold such tickets for collection.

Customers making bookings online for delivery by post should receive their tickets within 10 days. Please contact tickets@eveshamlive.co.Uk. Please enable JavaScript to view. or 01386-48883 if you have not received them by this time. Customers collecting tickets booked online or by phone at the event venue on the day will be asked for the name of the booker – but may need to show the booking confirmation email or quote the booking reference number (e.g. #12345) if there’s a problem.

Customers collecting in advance of the day of performance will need to show that they are the booker, or show the booking confirmation email, or give show name, date & booking reference number (e.g. #12345).

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. At our discretion it may be possible to exchange unwanted tickets for other seats at or performances of the show, or for vouchers of equivalent value redeemable for tickets to future shows. Tickets for sold-out shows may be returned to the Almonry Box Office for resale, but this cannot be guaranteed.

If an event is cancelled the ticket price will be refunded but any booking, card or postage fee incurred will not. We will do our best to inform ticket holders of cancellations but will not be held responsible for inconvenience or travel costs as a result of the cancellation.

Some events have age restrictions, which we will make reasonable efforts to ensure are detailed in the event information. Please bring proof of age if necessary. Those not of the correct age may be refused admission and be refunded only at the discretion of the box office staff. Unless indicated otherwise, we consider 3 years a minimum age. To comply with fire regulations, all children must have a seat & a ticket.

Should wheelchair access/seating be required, please contact the Box Office who will advise what space is available at the venue. Wheelchair seating must be requested at time of booking as not all venues will be able to accommodate wheelchairs due to access restrictions in some venues. For this reason, bookings of wheelchair spaces can only be made in person or by phone (01386-446944 10am-5pm).

Patrons who would be unable to attend a show without the help of an assistant or carer are entitled to a free seat for their companion at events promoted by the Evesham Arts Association (marked ‘EAA’), if requested at time of booking. This offer may not apply at shows promoted by outside hirers (even if tickets are sold by the EAA).

Concession prices on shows promoted by the Evesham Arts Association (marked ‘EAA’) are available to pensioners, children under 16 and members of the association. Concession terms for events promoted by outside hirers are at the discretion of that hirer (even if tickets are sold by the EAA): please see their publicity.

If you cannot provide proof of entitlement to a concession (e.g. a current EAA membership card when buying a members ticket) you may be asked to pay the difference at the door or refused entry. We reserve the right to cancel tickets which we believe have been obtained fraudulently.
